Congratulations to our Regional Loan President/SBA Lending Manager, Matt Crable. He was recently elected Chairman of the Independent Bankers Association of Texas (IBAT) Leadership Division.
Crable assumed the role at IBAT’s Connecting Leaders Conference in late June 2023. “I have been heavily involved in the Leadership Division throughout my career,” Crable said in his remarks on Friday afternoon, “This organization has helped me realize what it means to be a community banker and has provided me with the opportunity to form lasting relationships with other community bankers throughout the state.”
“I know I have some big shoes to fill,” Crable added. “One thing I can assure you is that I am willing to put in the work and my ask is for you to put in the work with me. Together we can create a better IBAT for our banks and the future of our industry.”
As Chairman of the Leadership Division, Crable will also serve on the IBAT Executive Committee.
