Dear Texas First Bank Family,
We are committed to the health and safety of our employees, customers, their families, and the communities that we serve. As we continue to monitor the spread of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), we want you to feel confident that Texas First is doing our part to minimize your risk of exposure and to remind you of the options available should you choose not to visit us at a banking center.
To minimize your risk of exposure, we have already made additional hand sanitizer stations available at every location. Our staff has been advised to be extra diligent in cleaning their facilities and to wash their hands frequently, especially if they handle cash, touch their face, and cough or sneeze. Some may even wear gloves out of an abundance of caution. Employees who are sick are required to stay home and those who travel internationally are required to self-quarantine for 14 days before returning to work.
We recognize that our banking centers operate as vital resources to the communities that we serve, and to minimize disruption, we will remain open until further notice. However, there are numerous services available to you if you’d rather not visit us at our banking centers – we understand!
Through our Online Banking (OLB) portal accessible via www.texasfirst.bank and the TFB mobile app1, you can:
If you don’t have an account or want to expand your relationship with us, you can open an account and apply for personal loans via www.texasfirst.bank. You can also use our online Contact Us form to reach a banker regarding commercial loans or general questions.
Customers can use drive-thru banking at any of our 26 locations or visit any of our 54 ATMs around town – many of which accept deposits. We encourage the use of hand sanitizer after completing these transactions to reduce the spread of germs.
Telephone banking is also available for those who would like to check your balance, transfer funds, and make loan payments. Phone numbers for this service are available at texasfirst.bank/telephone.
As always, we are available by phone or email. We also recommend that you check our website and social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) for updates.
As things progress, if you have concerns about your account or you feel like you might need help making loan or credit card payments, please reach out to us! We are committed to doing our part to keep you, our employees, and our communities safe, healthy, and financially secure. This is an evolving situation with many unknowns, and we will continue to work closely with local health and public officials to take any steps necessary.
Texas First Bank has weathered many “storms” over the last 47 years, and together, we will get through this one as well. Thank you for your continued trust and confidence.
Sincerely,
Chris Doyle
