Cuidado con la estafa engañosa por correo: Servicios de declaración UCC de Texas

La Oficina del Fiscal General (OAG) ha emitido una alerta para ayudar a los consumidores a mantenerse alejados de otra práctica engañosa y poco ética de la empresa. Ha habido numerosas quejas presentadas contra Texas UCC Statement Services por enviar correos engañosos a propósito con el fin de cobrar innecesariamente dinero de los consumidores.

We have also gotten reports from our own customers, who have received mail from the Texas UCC Statement Services, claiming that a fee (usually $90) is owed in relation to documentation on an existing loan. In an attempt to establish legitimacy and get you to send the money, they are misusing disclaimers to trick consumers into thinking it’s from an official government agency.
