New Look Coming to Digital Banking

At Texas First, we’re always looking for ways to make managing your money easier. That’s why, on Monday, April 6, 2026 we’re introducing a refreshed look for our online and mobile banking experience. Designed to be clearer, cleaner, and easier to navigate across all your devices, here’s what you need to know:

What’s changing?
You’ll soon see a new dashboard layout when you log in to online or mobile banking on your desktop or mobile phone. The update improves how information is displayed, especially on different screen sizes, so it’s easier to find what you need at a glance.
This is a design and layout refresh, not a system change.

What’s staying the same?
While the look is new, everything you rely on today remains the same:

  • Your login, password, and security settings
  • Account access, balances, transfers, and bill pay
  • All current tools and features

No action by you is required. You do not have to update your app. Simply log in as usual and enjoy the updated experience. It’s the same online banking, just easier to use and navigate.

Why do my accounts look different or appear together?
The new dashboard is designed to give you a full view of your relationship with Texas First. To help provide a clearer financial picture, all active accounts connected to your profile may appear together.
You can still favorite accounts to keep the ones you use most at the top and move less used accounts lower on your view.

Can I customize the dashboard or switch back to the old version?
The dashboard automatically adjusts based on your device and screen size to provide the best experience whether you’re on a phone, tablet, or desktop.
At this time, there isn’t an option to revert to the previous layout, but rest assured, all the same features are still there, just presented in a new way.

Does this affect business online banking?
No. This update applies only to personal online and mobile banking customers. Business online banking remains unchanged and continues to offer tools designed specifically for business needs.
